If you encounter issues with your digital product such as file corruption or if you have received a product version that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at service@bimodulus.com. Provide your order number, detailed information about the issue, and any screenshots or error messages that could help us understand the problem.

Handling Incorrect Version Purchases

If you accidentally purchase a product in a version that is incompatible with your systems, contact us at service@bimodulus.com. We will assess the situation and either provide the correct version or issue a refund if the correct version is not available.

Refund Process

Upon reviewing your refund request, if it is justified that the product is faulty or not as described, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exceptions

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
